Fastrong have integrated mass production processes and solutions for LED Leadframe. Fastrong is developing LED Leadframe products and fabricating all mass production toolings in house including metal,plastic,and plating toolings. Mass production integrated all processes of metal stamping,reel-to-reel silver plating,plastic molding injection,and finish Leadframe appearance inspection. Fastrong also developed the material technology on the molding injection technology of Thermoset resin material and lead to mass production successfully,which dramatically improved the lifetime as well as the UV resistance of LED Leadframe application.
